Interior features of the building have been designed to utilize natural resources while also providing an aesthetically pleasing environment. The first-floor lobby has a stairway and elevator to the second and third floors. Each floor has a 10' ceiling to maximize natural light penetration. Light shelves located on the south and east walls reflect light to the ceiling tiles to further enhance light penetration. Retractable shades allow precise control of natural light in work spaces.
An underfloor distribution (UFD) system provides low-velocity conditioned air. The upward movement of clean, fresh, filtered supply air improves the overall indoor air quality in the building. Carbon dioxide sensors in meeting rooms detect occupancy demands and call for conditioned supply air as needed.
